In a related story but kinda off topic, I once knew a guy who had THREE TESTICALS. True. One regular sized one & two kinda smaller ones. Wasn't at all self-conscious of this physical mishap, in fact, he'd show it to anyone willing to take a looksie. All three of his babies' mamas obviously didn't mind it either.

After careful study, I have decided the only way to determine if that truly is a third nip....is for ME to convince AAO to get it pierced. Then we can see where the ring goes.

Does anyone think that maybe it is in fact an unusually large areola bump rather than a third nipple? Please be kind and excuse my naivete if you don’t agree but, I have never seen a third nipple nor do I know anything about them.
