substitute for cheese?
Hi
I come from a place where cheese are quite expensive. There are a lot of interesting recipes that use lots of cheese and I happen to love cheese.
Does anyone have any good substitutes for cheese in recipes?
thanks.

Re: substitute for cheese?
since cheese is a unique taste, I can't think of any substitute - but for cooked recipes use the strongest flavoured cheese you can afford because you need to use a lot less of it than the milder cheeses to get a good flavour
