reminiscing and things.
so i joined up to the spectacular crap that is Jar board in '99-'00. so about 5 years ago. i've been around since i was 14 or so.
i remember when...
- the board used to be black
- some weirdo called "big fan" offered me a pair of tom's underwear
- Get @#%$ made his first appearance (not to mention the variety of hilarious posts that proceeded after this... the one that comes to mind is "Message to my imposter" in which he used the whole alphabet to disgrace him).
- everyone turned against me on the board.... that was great
- Gerald joined the board
- the board went orange
- Ezekiel was made a moderator when we had a proper forum
- the following posters were still around: Jebjar, Adnam, @#%$ Girl, Skotjar, Craig Pee, VolStephen, Neville Scallop, Jarrox...jeez the list is never ending
@#%$ i loved those days.
Jar chats in the Jar chat room on mIRC were fucken classic too... so much fun.
the orange board was the best. if i remember correctly it was orange with a heart like the fall to the ground single cd.
that's when important stuff used to get discussed. now it goes for months on end with nothing good.
i dont know what name i used to post under. it could have been "James" or "imsocool". cant really remember. too long ago. anyway, i was never in the "cool message board posse" so you probably dont remember me anyway. i would have been around 17-18 then. i think i used to cause a bit of trouble with the occasional thread here and there. just for fun. message boards without logins rule.

there was a period of about a year and a half when i couldnt make any posts on this board. i think it was when the first login board crashed and we had to sign up again. for some reason i would never receive the emails to verify my account. it took me forever to be bothered to use another email address to sign up.
Jar chat
For anyone who is interested, Bodyjar chat is up and running again. Get mIRC, go to a server such as server irc.webchat.org, then join #Bodyjar.
I joined these boards sometime last year. Heaps of people that used to come here that I laughed at on a regular basis have since disappeared.

Hahahah Hey,
I remember the days when we all used to post on this forum pretty much 24/7. Miss those days sometimes.....
I still read this board, just don't post as much anymore. That of course could all change when Jar start touring again!!! And release some new stuff for us to get into.
Got the call the other night (it went to message bank cuz I was at TLE) while Jar were playing. It made me want to see them again SO BADLY!!!
The jar chats were pretty funny!!!! They were a bit out of control too

yeah people sure did used to write on here more often, several others and me would be on here every day cause so much was going on and so many people were posting, i miss that too... i remember that orange board, i remember about 3 yrs or so ago lauren always arguing with sum other jar fan, think her name was nat or sumthing? ring any bells?? i didnt post too much back then and me too was under another name which i wouldnt have a clue what it was, i cant wait till the jar bring out sum new stuff and tour again, miss them heaps been yonks since ive had the chance to c them, as i missed offspring, i miss all the other regular posters too they're hardly ever on anymore. come back.....

I remember everyone used to fight with Clostar from Tassie. Whatever happened to that crazy girl???
Haha, Kim I was practically jumping up and down listening to live jar after the TLE, lol. Made the night perfect. TLE were AWESOME too!!!!
I'm coming down to Melbs in April for Amb's b'day, so hopefully will get to finally meet you then. I will be there for a week and a bit and Maybs has asked me to stay with her and Bill so that will great!
Will make an effort to post here more often, I don't post anywhere much anymore.
But do you all know Green Day are back in March?!!! WooHooo. Their touring with Simple Plan which I know most of you will probably thinks sux but I don't care, I love SP too haha.

I've promised Jerri that the next time Jar play in Brisvegas I'm making the trip up for it, so I might get to meet you before April

when luke used to go on about the llama farm.
the late nights chatting
when rossjar would join the chats
or when the boys would post in general
chatting to all the amazing people on here for the first time
and so forth...

Hmmmm, I don't have anything else to say, except it was Yak's that Puke used to talk about not Llama's, well maybe he talked about both, but there was that Yak farm in Nimbin lol....
