how would one put their self's forward to challenge other's for the opportunity to play for CWB?
any information would be welcomed (thx)

You already have.

VDM can be added as soon as you like. Basically, if you have read the rules, then you are more or less ready to play. There are one or two more things I can help you with, but I can e-mail them to you. Obviously, then, it would help a lot if you could leave an e-mail that I can use to contact you with, whether this be yours or someone you designate to represent your clan here.
It does help greatly if someone act on behalf of the clan here.

one thing i'm wondering about is: some of the clan's listed in the CWB are to the best of my knowledge "mtw 1.1 only" if that is true!!
what is the normal way to resolve this problem (VI clan vs Mtw clan)
