His most easily recognised features are his blue hair and blue eyes, along with his wings and tail. His wings are as wide as he is tall, and have red scales covering them. The leathery parts of the wings are actually quite hard, though flexible. His tail is made of blue scales, but they are smaller and less noticable than his wing scales. He wears light grey jeans with several marks and symbols, a tear, and a large blue area on the left leg. For a top, he wears a violet t-shirt with many symbols on it as well. He also wears a necklace with a gold pendant, which contains a picture of his brother, Salthezar. His shoes are dark violet and red. He is five feet six inches tall, and one hundred pounds.
His tail usually snakes around behind him as he walks, and his arms and shoulders don’t usually move when he walks or runs.
Personality: He has been shy since his death, and doesn’t speak unless spoken to. Even so, he tends to be kind when someone can get through this shell, and seems to be empathetic. He flies from place to place, so he doesn’t tend to meet anyone normally. Even with this shyness, when provoked, he prefers to fight rather than flee. He is confident in his skills, which he obtained during his three years here, and his intense training back home.
Biography: Born on the planet Draconis, he died valiantly fighting shadow beasts. In truth, a separate form of him still lives in that universe, but this piece of him died in that moment. He distinctly remembers being pinned down by a Corrupter, and then being torn into, painfully. This was the most efficient way for them to turn warriors, to kill them first, and then force the darkness into their bodies. The pain still scars his mind, and he remembers the screams of his comrades just before he was caught.
When he arrived, he remembers that he was underwater, at the bottom of a river. He swam up, using his wings to assist, and broke the surface, taking his first breath in this world. At the time, he was in the upper Genil river.
He has had little, if any contact with the other inhabitants of the city of Genil, but he did participate in the fight against the other cities.
Powers, if any: Earth magic (Includes healing), light magic (Learned during his stay here, includes intense healing, clearing of darkness), and shapeshifting abilities, but he has to have touched the creature he wishes to turn into.
Weapons, if any: A 5-foot katana, his claws.

This looks good so far, but I've got a few things that I'd like to mention for you to edit before I accept it.
Even though you included pictures, I'd still like a full description of your character, with the height and weight included in full sentences. It wouldn't be fair to let you not do a full description when I've asked that of others.
Also, it isn't possible for your character to be 803 years old after dying at nineteen. This world is only 311 years old itself, so your character would have had to have been 500+ years to come out to that equation.
