Character‘s Name: Fuliteach. The Goddess of Blood and Gore.

Race: Secondary Goddess of the Pantheon
Appearance: The Goddess Fuliteach has three main ways she can appear to her subjects, each slightly unnerving in nature. In her first, most common appearance she takes on the image of a petite woman of about nineteen years, young and nubile, almost virginal. Her hair reaches down to her hips, covering down to her lower part of her back in soft ringlets. The curls wrap around one another almost seductively and create a thick mass that tends to blow in the wind far too easily. Her flesh is tanned, almost sun kissed when she is in this state, her face usually hidden beneath those curls. The goddess’s eyes are a coppery rust color in this state, mimicking the effect of dried blood on the ground. Soft lips usually curve upward in a teasing smile, revealing slightly pointed canines, though nothing like the fangs of vampires. Her clothing usually consists of a solid white, strapless sheath dress which reaches mid thigh when she is like this, sheer and reminiscent of gauze, clinging to her body when she moves, her luscious curves showing against the thin fabric. On her feet, sandals with flat bottoms lace up to only slightly below the hem of her dress, the threads pressing against the flesh of her legs only slightly. When her eyes fill with tears, as often they do when she is spoken to coarsely by her uppers, teardrops of blood flow down the tanned cheeks slowly.
When she appears to those who she wishes to grant her lycan abilities (she can only do this once every 100 years, so she chooses wisely) she takes on the form of a solid black wolf, twice the size of the normal specimens of the species. Flanking her are two wolf pups, incarnations of Blood and Gore. Blood is the larger of the two and is a deep red in color, a spiked chain wrapped tightly around his body, while Gore is a sandy blond color and bears a large rusted spike driven through each of his paws. The she-wolf’s eyes are blood red and menacing, yet they usually hold a certain amount of compassion. Her claws and teeth in this form are razor sharp and deadly.
Fuliteach’s final appearance is reserved for the High Priest and Priestesses of her Temple and can only be seen during times of sacrifice. Once again, she appears in a human female form, with long curling black hair, however, her eyes become solid red, blocking out the pupil entirely. The lips of the goddess, full and soft become a deep red in color and her canines are the tiniest bit longer. Appearing fully nude, her ample breasts can be seen as well as the sculpted planes of her stomach and the very lightest impression of her rib cage. Around her wrists are twin leather cuffs three inches wide, each with openings for chains to be attached them. Matching cuffs are attached to her ankles, this time with the long chains still in place. Her movements yield only the sound of metal crushing against itself in a dreary, dreadful melody. The final change in the Goddess’s temple appearance is the constant drip of blood over her naked breasts and body, creating rivers and streams of the liquid tracing downward in long lines. Her fingernails are usually crusted with dark, dried blood, long and filed to a blunt point. Fuliteach’s nudity is of no concern to her because she understands and cares little about decency as mortals see it.
Personality: Fuliteach is a bit of a heathen goddess as one would expect. Though she sometimes despises herself for it, the sight of blood and fighting excites her to the core. She has not the physical prowess to participate in it herself unless put in a life threatening situation, but the smell of blood has been know to lure her miles and miles from the Temple outside of the outskirts of Genil. Sacrifice and the ritual please her greatly and keeps her mood from falling into a darkened state, if displeased, she‘ll simply begin wandering again. Aside from the sheer violence that causes her to shiver, few things effect her deeply. Love is a foreign concept to her though sexuality isn’t, that, she understands perfectly. There are some times when Fuli could be referred to as empty but she is merely untaught, un-educated in emotion. She does show compassion when she feels the need and tries to understand things with an almost childlike nature.
Biography: Fuliteach knows no beginning nor no end. From the beginning of time, she merely existed for the purpose she fulfills. She is a secondary Goddess of the Pantheon and possesses only the same power as the fallen demi-gods Fedafyr and Shi no Megami, if not less. The smell of blood brought her to the broken Genil during a fierce battle between all of the cities and it was there that she offered the power of the lycan to Kentaro, seeing nothing more than a man protecting his home. Besides that, he was slaughtering others with a passion that excited her deeply, causing her to be certain of her decision. She hated herself for the burning approval in her stomach and yet, it was too strong to deny it. She could only be what she was and what she had been made to be.
Fuliteach shows a certain partiality to Kentaro and her Priestesses and it was by this interest that she remained in the vicinity of Genil and took up residence in the Temple rather than continued her wandering. There are also others of her kind walking the earth that strike fear into her despite her standing, so she uses the temple as protection from time to time. Rumors of a couple expelled from the Pantheon reached her ears and though she does not know of the story, she keeps herself close enough to the rules so that she, herself, cannot be expelled as well.
Powers, if any: Fuliteach speaks telepathically most of the time and few have ever heard her voice. She has the ability to give her lycan powers to a mortal every one hundred years. Though she is the Goddess of Blood and Gore, she tries not to cause them intentionally, though she often loses herself in the moment. It is her duty to only meddle merely in the affairs of mortals and she stays by that rule steadfastly, well, mostly. Also, Fuliteach is immortal and though she can be wounded badly, she cannot be killed by anything less than the Mother and Father dragon themselves, or perhaps a primary god. She possesses to the ability to will herself places as well, and can appear there after merely fading into nothingness.
Weapons, if any: In her lycan state, she possesses sharp teeth and claws twice the size of a normal animal’s. These can be formidable and are what she usually uses when threatened or finds herself in a battle by chance.
