[b]Appearance:[/b] Stephen is half Romany, and has a bronze, almost yellowish complexion. He's five foot seven, with long black hair. Long hair. Down to his ankles. He keeps his hair wrapped in bandages or vetwrap, in a tail so that he doesn't have to worry about it getting dirty that often. His eyes are a warm brown, though they go golden in the rare instances he's especially ticked off. They also tend to lighten when he's amorous, but not to the point they scare people... generally.
He's built a bit like a swimmer or a dancer, tightly packed muscle that clings to a lean frame. Not willowy, but not a body builder, he has a strength that doesn't advertise. He wears jeans and loose t-shirts, steel toed hiking boots and when it's cold a leather jacket ala James Dean. He's not too big into decoration, but he's been thinking about getting a tattoo. He's just not sure where yet.
[b]Personality:[/b] Stephen is a healer. Like most healers he hates to see people hurting or in pain, and he dislikes being the cause of pain in anyway. Unlike some healers though, if push comes to shove, Stephen's out for himself. He's pretty easy going, will let almost anything slide, and doesn't mind the fact he's dead. Cucumber in the arctic is Stephen, as long as you don't push his very few buttons. If you do, well, there's a reason you don't tick off a healer. They know how you go together, and how to take you apart.
[b]Biography:[/b] Stephen's mother was a gypsy, and his father a boffer. (Gypsy slang for normal folk) Stephen was raised in the traveling camp with his mother until she died. As a gypsy, Stephen got into a few spots with the law and ended up living under his uncle's rule. Uncle Benny used Stephen's gift to rake in cash, playing Stephen off as a faith healer until the boy turned eighteen and ran. Living on the streets Stephen met a hooker named Mia. Mia and Stephen lived together for almost three years, her turning tricks and him healing the street walkers and night children in the city slums. Eventually Mia contracted HIV, and Stephen learned the limits of his gifts when he was unable to heal her. After she died of AIDS, Stephen started hunting for a way to boost his powers and finally settled on a chemical concoction that seemed to work. Unfortunately, it also ended up killing him.

[b]Additional information:[/b] Stephen has something of a soft spot for lost causes and can be an easy tumble in bed. He generally doesn't put much stock in boffer morals, and lives by the codes of the gypsies. Just because he likes you doesn't mean you aren't an easy mark.
