I'm a Florida low carber (female, 8 months, 37 pounds) who has always had trouble drinking enough water. I just found something that helps, and I wanted to tell others. It is tiny bottles of powerful fruit flavor. You carry it with you, in purse or gym bag, and use it to flavor water anywhere. It is awesome! It isn't at all sweet, just intensely fruity. The web site has a bunch of flavors, all calorie and carb free. I'm drinking MORE than the 8 glasses Atkins recommends. Sometimes I add a little Splenda for a change.
