breakfast admdvm
I dont like to eat eggs and so I am having a hard time figuring out what is ok for breakfast -- I am still in the induction phase (day 6 for me) and I have lost 5 lbs so far, so I don't want to go off yet, but breakfast is difficult. I eat bacon but not sausage. I have tried meat and cheese roll ups but that's not my favorite either. Suggestions?

I am not a fan of eggs either. Atkins pankcake mix snd syrup is good and low carb. Also, don't think just because its breakfast you have to east "breakfast" foods. A lot of times I will eat leftovers from the night before, a salad...any type of low carb "non-breakfast" food you like will work!
