Hmmm, as far as the cuddly factor goes, I don't think this guy has any less going on then a male troll or tauren (male or female). Okay, maybe the tauren could be seen as a little more cuddly. Come to think of it, I never really considered undead guys very cuddly either.
It can also be said, this is the male model (I certainly hope). The female may be a bit more alluring.
As for dancing....my ne druid has discovered dancing in bear form. Problem is, she's spending so much time dancing at the inn that she's not getting any levelling done.

The Draeni are, IMO, one of the "duller" races that Blizzard could choose.. But at the same time I would lay a decent bet that they are going to be the selected Alliance race..
Here's why it makes a whole buncha sense...
(*) The new continent is "Outland", and that *is* Draeni home turf.
(*) The Dranei loathe Orcs.. Wouldn't be caught dead on Horde.
(*) Horde gets a "cutesy, big bewbz" race, thus the Alliance gets the "ugly, rejected, frankenstein wanabe" race.
(*) A decent amount of lore is already done for the Dranei, it's not like Blizzard needs to pull more stuff outta their arse for it. Easy. Efficent..
The only reason why I even wonder if anothe race would take up the Alliance side rather than the Dranei? Is because the Blood Elves have allied themselves with the Horde, and unless it's a very, very small sect of Blood Elves they are sworn to Illadin, and Illadin has his own little Dranei partay going on alongside his partays with the Naga and Blood Elves.
But I think overall that yea, Dranei are probably gonna be it, dissapointing IMO, would rather have Pandaren =(!!!!
Also, that is infact the Male model, look at the other portraits which are all male as well.
