Zesty Cheese Spread
Zesty Cheese Spread       
        Makes 2 cups

2 ½ c. (10 oz.) shredded cheddar
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 t. lemon juice
1 t. minced onion
2 T. prepared mustard
2 T. chopped pimiento
Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
