Okay, I have no clue why the images aren't showing up. The links are okay, the images are showing up from the FFStar main page, and most of the emotes are still showing up so I haven't the foggiest... Wait a tick, is anybody else having this problem? I have it both here(at school) and at home...

... the background's pretty tricky; it shows up now and then... but do you think mebbe your server stopped allowing hotlinking?

Problem found!
Netfirms is no longer allowing hotlinking. This means that all of the images are no longer going to work, that is until we get another place to hotlink the images from. *hint*

I *think* the reason for the FFStar images not showing from my netfirms account is the size of the files. I've noticed that quite a few of the emotes are still working yet some aren't. It's the only thing that makes sense really...

Y'know...
... instead of pissing yourself with worry why don't you just resign yourself to the fact that your custom images are gone?
There's a little place called GRsites (search for it) where LOTS of hotlinkable backgrounds are available. You can also just use some of the default EZboard icons for everything else. Quite frankly anything but the Angelfire Plague FAGG experienced would be better than all this blue...
