If you are in your 40's up this is a great weight loss forum to visit. It seems when we get older it is a lot harder to stay on a diet and to get back to our goal weight. It seems the older we get the more health problems we have and it makes life on a diet a lot harder. So if you would like to come visit and tell us a little about yourself and become part of our group we would love to have you. Support and friendship is what we have to offer. We have a great bunch of ladies all trying to lose some unwanted pounds. Thanks for letting me post my url here on your board.
