cool. How's it looking in WoW? I heard there wasn't any PvP there or something? I haven't been on hardly any lately. I got a runecaster and it works great. About 300HP heal per cast at 20 trains so I can fix myself in about 4 casts. That's been my worst weakness so far. It took forever to heal once I was hit a few times.
I'm liking it - I'm playing an Warlorcette (Warlock female orc ) ... the quests make it fun, although the social stuff is a bit clunky compared to Shadowbane (eg group management interface is a pain).
XP is SO slow compared to Shadowbane test (or even regular if you ask me).
Sounds like PVP will be like a giant game of regular Warcraft - with buildings etc. Uncertain how this will effect the state of the world though.
WoW is just too much fun to explore. I'm level 9 right now. The nice thing is for some reason I dont feel a need to play 8 hours a night. I think its a feature of the Quest system, which allows you to play bite-sized pieces. It may also just be a feature of not having a social guild to be with (I remember those happy early days of treadmilling over the giants...).
The scenery is gorgeous. I never used to explore much in SB, mostly because the graphics didnt give much to see while moving, endlessly.
Winton, I need to arrange some time with you to get one of my lowbies in guild and IC so I can move my mains on to more exciting things. I've hit 75 with Minstrel so all that's left is to move her into another guild that wars a lot. For some reason I thought you'd transfered something to her, but all I see is ownership of certain buildings. Also, what's your email address in case we're baned or something?
