Uh, Zanendithas application...
Name: My name's Harley.
Contact information: PMs, sadly. My e-mail accounts are always abducted by my little sister, thus I don't even bother with them any more. I have an MSN address, however, which is 'efuharlstar'. I wouldn't get your hopes up on me checking the hotmail account, though.
Character's name: Zanendithas Quilljabber
Age Upon Entering This World (or Age At Death): Zanendithas was killed when he was thirty seven years old.
Age Now: He would still be considered thirty seven, as he has only just entered the world.
Number of Years Spent in This World: See above. None.
Race: (To be honest, I couldn't find a listing of existent races here. So, I decided I'd come up with one and see if I could run with it!) Zanendithas is what some may call 'Smallfolk'. His life expectancy would have been two hundred and fifty years. He, as well as most others of his race, is prone to a desire to wander aimlessly and explore, as well as to experience new things.
Appearance:
Looking much like a small human, Zanendithas stands at a mere three feet tall. His tiny ears are slightly pointed, sticking up out of his chestnut-brown hair ever so slightly. His smile is charming, and it is often the expression on his little face. With rosy cheeks, it might be difficult not to find Zanendithas attractive. Although, to most, he resembles a child too much for a romantic interest to be taken. However, he doesn't look entirely childish; A thin mustache and little beard surround his mouth, as neatly brushed and cared for as the hair atop his head. The clothes he dresses himself in are commonly either made for human children, or a little too large. Well-fitting, however, is the rather plain-looking brown leather belt around his waist, buckled with an emerald. Hanging from this belt is a knife, perhaps the size of a small sword for the little fellow, however on the other side is a tiny lute. Often filling the backpack he carries about constantly with books of all sorts, in a multitude of languages, it wouldn't be difficult to tell that Zanendithas is the type of fellow to favor a strong mind over a stunning body, though that clearly doesn't mean he shows no care for his appearance.
(Roughly something like: )
Personality:
Zanendithas believes that all aspects of life, or the afterlife, are to be enjoyed. Work, leisure, and everything in-between. This has given him a rather positive outlook on life. He has his sad moments, though, and when he is seen in one it is said to be quite melodramatic, often being carried into foolish extremes; such as standing on his head upside-down in a pout. Zanendithas can be a hopeless romantic at times, refusing to accept that very few humans would find interest in him because of the fact that, in size and build, he resembles a child too much. Although, Zanendithas's last name, Quilljabber, wasn't given to him at birth; rather, it was earned. Almost religiously, Zan records everything which happens to him in some journal or another. Zanendithas absolutely loves helping others; it fills him with a warm, fuzzy feeling inside his chest, which he has become mildly addicted to. Although, given the fact that he is known to be a little greedy now and then, it isn't beyond him to seek a means of profit from helping others here and there.
Biography:
Born in another world, of course, Zanendithas was raised in a rather large family. A little farming village on the border of a human city, Zan always looked upon the life of constant manual labor awaiting him with dread. While he always felt the strong urge to make his family proud of him, he simply didn't wish to commit to a farmer's life. When he was young, though, his father bought him an instrument. A little lute. He went on to master this instrument, making the excuse of 'I'm doing something productive!' whenever he was ordered to perform a chour. Eventually, Zanendithas gave in to another strong urge he had; to explore the world around him. However, rather then wandering his family's rather large fields, he decided he would leave and enter other lands. After a tear-filled farewell, the little musician went with a trade caravan into the human city. Sadly, he didn't find it to his liking, and moved on to another village. Then another town. Then another village, and another town.
One day, though, Zanendithas found a city thriving with opportunities, and bursting with entertainment and all sorts! He fell in love with the human city, whose walls were said to be impenetrable. Though, he fell in with the wrong crowd. Organized crime. He was drafted in out of fear, origionally, as his charismatic personality made him a prime target for 'recruiters'. Zanendithas was forced to work as an informant. Eventually, though, he simply didn't have the information he was ordered to obtain; the price was his life.
Powers, if any: Other then a natural force of persuasiveness, none, really.
Weapons, if any: He carries a blade, nothing more then a rather nifty knife to humans, although it's the length of a small sword on the Smallfolk fellow.
Additional information: He carries a lute, with which he has a rather impressive amount of skill. He has a fondness of large dogs, and has been seen trying to ride them more then once, determination - Perhaps stubbornness - keeping him from accepting the fact that no dogs will allow him to ride them without being trained.
