Is it possible to re-finance a high interest loan? Are there any banks that specialize in this? Currently my car is financed through Americredit. Euuu.

Depending on your credit standing, you should be able to refinance. A great option is to open an account at a credit union. I know they do refinancing. You may also check-out www.householdauto.com/ and talk to them about a loan. They specialize in sub-prime auto loans and may be able to beat your current loan. Peace, Barry

I would think twice before refinancing with household. I currently have a auto loan with them and when I am 2 days late they call and harrass me and try to force me to do a check by phone. They have even sent me letters threatening to make the loan due in full if I dont pay when they want me to pay. And FYI my loan with them has never been more than 30 days late that is why I consider it harrassment.
