The Pixies Have Returned!!!!!
Weel, hasnt been any action here in the last month or so, so I will post. About 9 days ago the Pixies played for the first time in about 12 years. I have downloaded 4 shows totalling about 2Gb and ordered the 5th one. Here is the setlist from the first show-

AND!!!! there is talk they may be coming to Australia early 2005- I got this off of a website a month ago-
"Return Of the indie warhorses part one: with the Pixies reformation going into full swing in May (gigs through Canada, the US and the UK have been confirmed, WITH RUMOURS OF AN AUSTRALIAN VISIT IN EARLY 2005,) word is that frontman Charles Thompson aka Frank Black, will release a solo CD in April entitled 'Frank Black Francis.' since Black Francis was Thompsons nom de rock in his Pixies days, speculation about the album containing possible new Pixies tracks is already rife."
That would be sweet.
