Smart Ones frozen dinners don't fill a tooth! snow globe
I bought a bunch of Weight Watcher's Smart Ones low carb dinners to try since they were on sale. Don't bother with them unless you are looking for a tiny, tiny meal. The average carbs per meal was 7, which was okay, except that the total "meal" was miniscule. I'd have to eat 5 to get full! No exaggeration. So, they really aren't low carb, just low food. My fault, I know. If I had even looked at the calories (210) I would have known. But I just really never notice calories and this diet (Atkins) has been great for me.
