He's the right man for the horrible job. God put him in the right place at the right time. I have always believed that things happen for a reason, and this just confirms my belief that God is in control, and prayer changes things.

When he withdrew from the NY Senate race due to health reasons, I thought, oh NO, there goes NY. How wrong I was. I cannot image and, do not wish to do so, what condition NYC would be in today if he had resigned as mayor and run for the Senate.
