NPC Information
NPC's name: Skinner
Appearance: Skinner is a pale man with next to no hair save a few white tufts. His eyes are brown, and commonly with huge pupils thanks to the lack of sunlight he recieves. Skinner wears the uniform of a Searcher, though it's been a long time since he participated in any missions for the Donia other than torturing information out of her prisoners.
Personality: Skinner is a sick, twisted little man, and that's putting it mildly. His idea of a good time is putting thumb-screws on some unfortunate prisoner and seeing how much he can make them scream before he breaks the poor sod's thumbs. He's also half the reason why everyone in Anarab is so terrified of being sent to the Donia's Dungeron, as they've all heard the stories of what he does to people. Skinner talks with a heavy lisp, making him sound like he's hissing most of the time. This just adds to his terrifying personality, though.
Brief History: Skinner has been in the Collection for around a year, originally hired by Grant when he discovered just how deadly a knife-thrower the man was. It was only after that the Collection discovered Skinner's true talent: torturing. The man was capable of reducing a trained warrior into a screaming mess, and though the man creeped Grant out incredibly, he saw the uses for him. Skinner now runs the Dungeons, extracting information the Donia desires through various twisted methods.

NPC Information
NPC's name: Hodge
Appearance: Hodge wears the uniform of the Collection with a mail shirt underneath to protect him from any unwanted guests that try to enter. Underneath all this his skin is very brown thanks to Anarab's sun, and his hair is nearly jet black. He carries a spear as well as a shortsword at his belt.
Personality: Hodge isn't exactly bright, but he knows how to guard the gate's of the Palace pretty well. He'll obey orders and defend the Palace fanaticallyw hich has earned him the rank of Guard Captain. This can backfire on Hodge, however, as it means Grant tends to blame him if anything goes wrong with security.
Brief History: Hodge has been in Anarab for several years, and has been the Guard Captain for the past year. He's participated in several missions with the Collection, but due to the fact that he's not the brightest member of the pack he's generally left on guard duty at the Palace.
Which suits him just fine.
