A light snowfall began It was the beginning of winter and of trouble.Dana ran down the stairs grabbing her jacket.she opened the door and ran outside.She got into the bus and pushing her black hair off her face began to eat a piece of toast( her breakfast) opening a book she began to read spending this morning on the bus like she had every other morning of her life.She was lost in thought whensheherd a voice

-Jaime is the daughter of Mel and Jazz and she lives at whitebrook and i think dana does 2 so if she doesn't sorry oh also Jaime is fifteen in tenth grade about to turn sixteen she wants to be a jockey and she is popular and loves her life lol sometimes snooty (heh just had to tell u about her) -
"Jaime it's time to go to your bus" Her mother Melanie called from the front of the barn. Jaime was in the last stall with her most favorite horse Dancing Image. The two year old glitter like black filly was out of Perfect Image and Spanish Array.
Jaime's arms where wrapped around the fillies soft black neck when her mother had called she hugged the filly tighter and whispered " You had a fantastic work out today and soon you will be on the trail for the Derby".
Then patting the filly's pink nose she left the stall and walked to her mother. She picked up her back pack and checked herself in the mirror. Good she looked great. Her eyebrows perfectlly plucked and her face with out a blimish in site. Taking one last breath of Whitebrook's Training barn she kissed her mom goodbye and walked to the bus stop.
When she got there she smiled at Dana and said" Like my outfit" She smiled tucking her blonde hair behind her ears and waiting for her expression because she was wearing a skirt and her Whitebrook Farm's long sleeved.
-oh she has blue eyes lol-!
for some reason i feel like making her crazy and eveyrthing haha just go along with it-

Jeanie was already seated on the bus. She was wearing her favoite pair of jeans and her shirt that said "Mary's School of Trucking". She was seated in the seat behind Dana and Jamie, queitly tapping her thumb on the portable CD player that she held in her hand. She was listening to "You and I both" by "Mr. Mraz"(as she called him, best known as Jason Mraz.
Just remember in the winter
Far beneath the bitter snow

That with the sun's love, in the spring
Becomes the rose
"yes it is excellent" said dana offering a small smile unlike Jaimie she is very shy also there was a large contrast between Jaimie's golden blonde hair and Dana's black hair ( its used to be a reddish brown but she dyed it )
[oh since we are talkiung bout euyes dana has purple eyes ooh spiffy ]

"Thank's how come you didn't ride this morning it was a blast i love Dancer -aka dancing image-" She smiled sitting beside her, "What's that your reading" She asked?
Even though there was a major difference between shy Dana and outgoing Jaime they where like best friends along with Jeanie, so basically they could call the three girls along with some other of their friends the 'in crowd".

"Well i had set my clock wrong so i thought i was late and then the bus driver wouldnt let me get off. It's the sequal to 'A child called it'"she responded she smiled playing with her necklace which had an emerald hanging frm it.
" so hw are they?" she asked

"Huh, rephrase that"She laughed not understanding what she had said. "How are who" She asked tucking her straight hair agian behind her ears.

"Oh the horses where absolutely fantastic and they breezed like a dream and anyway she's on the bus waiting for us" She smiled smoothing her skirt down.

As they walked on the bus she smiled at Jeanie and said "Hey Jeanie Beanie" She teased as she got to the back she saw an open seat next to her guy friend Jake.

Dana nodded in response she slowly got on the bus and took an empty seat reopening her book she gathered her hair and put it to the side out of the corner of her eye she saw jamie go sit with jake she returned back to her book not noticing anything else

"Jaim aren't you a little crazy for wearing a mine skirt" Jake laughed!
"No Jake i love my skirts anyway I wont be outside at all" She smiled punching him lightly. "Dana come back here" She cried to Dana.
Then looking at Jeanie she smiled devilioushly and rolled her eyes as Jake hugged her. She and Jake used to go out but they decided to be friends instead now Jamie's eyes where on Tyler Smith the most popular guy in school.
"You sure look good in them" Jake whispered. Once agian she rolled her eyes at Jeanie and smiled.

hearing her nam Dana looked back she picked up her book and sat on the other side of jaimie she was blushing furiously she was shy around girls but even shyer around guys because she hadn't had that much experience with them.
"hi"she said softly
besides reading dana also loved wqriting horses and singijnng she had a gorgeous voice though she was heistant to sing in front of crowds tucking a strand of hr coal black hair behind her ear she lifted her Amesthyst eyes looking up through her long lashes she smiled at Jamie

"Oh my gosh Dana have you seen the new student his name is Michael he is tall brown and handsome" She smiled then turning around to Jake she saw him shake his head in disguest.
"'What"She asked? He didn't answer so Jaime grabbed his face and smiled at him. "What" She asked agian?
"Nothing" He answered.
"Hey Dana have you met Jake" She asked pulling the book away from her and looking at her square in the eye.
