Thanks, Amber... but be careful what you wish for. The diabetes is what made my weight come off.

And, since I'm a whiteboy, my ass has disappeared completely. LOL!

As a rule, NOTHING GET'S IMPLANTED IN MY BUTT!!! Not even the cheeks.

Yeah, but it's only been like that (the shakes) a few times. I don't miss many meals. LOL!

yeah...my Uncle Calvin on my dad's side (crazy man used to chase me around the kitchen table with the insulin needle when I was an impressionable kid..now I'm terrified of needles) ..and a few others I'm sure.

The good news is that 90% of the cases of diabetes in the US are type 2... that's diet and pills. No shots.
