NASCAR Commercials
Good run for Bill Elliott today....

Anyways, they're showing some funny commercials lately during the races. Couple of the ones that I like:

--Dale Earnhardt Jr. driving around the track, listening to a CD, when it starts skipping. After Junior hits the dash a few times to jar it loose and that doesn't work, he revs up the car and rams the guy in front of him.....success! No more skips.

--Or there's the Dodge commercial where the girl puts on the 93 octane perfume before going out on a date with Jeremy Mayfield....

Anyone seen these? Got a favorite?

Re: NASCAR Commercials
Yeah those are good ones. I like the Mayfield one. Also there is the one with Dale Jr. being this guys designated driver taking a left here and a right here then another right and a left the whole time this guy is hanging out the window saying hello to all the females walking around. Fianlly Jr gets fed up and asks the guy "Dude, where do you live?" The guy tells him back there by the bar. I like that one. Also the Home Depot that says measure twice, cut once. It shows Tony stopping the racing action, getting out of his car, measuring the space between the 2 cars in front of him. He measures it twice then gets back in the car and splits them. Anyone else got some good ones?

Good run today for Elliott. Gordon isn't far behind in the points and they are going to Watkins Glen next week. Look for his streak to end.

Re: NASCAR Commercials
The Tony Stewart/Home Depot one about "Apply two coats if necessary" is funny, too!! Oh, and the "How bad have you got it?" commercial where the guy is in traffic, swerving (cleaning off his tires) and the other guy with him spills the coffee on himself is funny, too. Most of the NASCAR "How bad have you got it?" commercials are hilarious. I have seen myself is some of those!!!

Bill Elliott was definitely the class of the field at the Brickyard. It was great to see Ray speechless after the race. I think his teams are finally coming together for him. Now that Dodge has one 4 races in a row, how many rules changes do you think will be forthcoming? NASCAR doesn't like it when one brand wins consistently (unless it is Chevrolet). The last rules change to affect the Dodges just seemed to make them run better, so I am guessing that the next rules changes will have something to do with handling or downforce. What do you guys think?
