Greek Marinade

1/2 cup olive oil
2 whole lemons juiced
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp.salt & black pepper - to taste

Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
Use generously while grilling chicken, beef, fish, or pork making sure to
coat each side. You can also let meat marinate in the refrigerator for a few
hours or over night before cooking.
