Its always good to see Spencer not qualify for a race! I beleive that makes 2 this year!

Hopefully Tony will keep his head on straight and get a much needed win!

But it looks like Spencer got the bump from his normal ride though. He was driving a #42?? when he is usually in the #41 Target car. Musta brought in a hired gun for that car this week.

Scott Pruitt is definately a hired gun and I think Chip figured since Jimmy already has a DNQ that points are out of the question this year and is going to hire people that can drive!

It would be nice to see Scott in full time and Jimmy on the outside looking in!

Based on the rumors I am hearing, and the fact that Ganassi decided to go outside the NASCAR family to find a hired gun, my guess is that Jimmy Spencer's days in the #41 are winding down. It is going to be very interesting to see what Ricky Rudd has lined up for next season. If what I have heard is true, look for Robert Yates to have a new number on one of his cars next season, with Elliott Sadler driving it. I wouldn't be surprised to see Jimmy Spencer out of the 41. His teammate is leading the points, and he can't even qualify? Says alot about his ability, if you ask me. Just my opinion, though.
