She is correct, that was the plan.. unfortunately its been pushed back awhile or quite possibly dropped altogether, as the Animation Cel artist, Dead Ed has had to leave the team due to family problems but there is the possibility of his return when everything is back to normal. It would have been internet only.. and none of the voice actors were going to be professionals.

There are still plans for a fan-manga in the near future, and I have two artists on the team. And a RPG for Dragonball V is already in the works.
