ooo! kewl! yeah i like eventing. love jumping and i tried cross country its awesome!!!! my barn focuses alot on dressage too. where do race? do u ride them, like r u the jockey??? im too tall!!! 5ft 5 too be exact

i ride english and i like eventing and i LOVE show jumping and i also do hunter stuff too i dunt get to do any thing xciting like rox whogets to traib yearlings you are soo LUCKY rox

angel- yayfulness!!!i am so glad midnight is getting better!!!!do u have a pic of her on the net??? id love to see her. she sounds pweety!!! yea hunter seems fun but i love cross country and dressage is kinda a bore but it IS good for ur horse lol

Lol, I like dressage. I just hate grooming Midnight for them. She likes to roll in her stall once I braid her mane and tail for events lol.

I've tried western, but I didn't feel comfortable. The saddle felt to big for me, lol. I'm a small person(15, almsot 16, and I'm barely 5'3 lol), so yea...

lol ! geez why does everyone say i am lucky when i envy them !! Hey i may train yearlings and get terribly attatched to them and then poof they r sent to a well known trainer to become champs!!!

Hey, Angel, thats how I felt, too, when I first rode in it. But, you just hafta have a saddle that fits you as well as the horse.
Like my saddle...whenever we train another or whenever I ride another horse and my saddle isn't being used...I never get used to that saddle. The stirrups are too long or it's just really uncomtfortable.
But, if you have the right saddle...everything is cool.

yay! i got to ride cross country last night in the huge feild at my barn...no instructor just mom me and Smokey. i had never done it b4 but it was tons on fun **with Smokey i mean** he was really strong tho. --[p''''
I LOVE jumping, too, and I always try to get Digger(The Western horse I ride ) to jump whenever we come to a fallen small tree and a stick or branch or something. lol And he's a horrible jumper. tee hee He takes this GIGANTIC leap when he doesn't to...lol OH! And today! I wanted to make the trasition from the walk to canter to gallop and it was awesome! lol 'cause usually Digger will just bounce into his gallop, but I didnt want that. Anyway....he just picked up his feet beneath him and...oh! It was Heaven! lol i'm sad...I know.............
And, horsenut, we have a Smokey at our barn. tee hee He's sooooo cute! I rode him once and he was really good, although he picked up his canter really fast and then we have double reins when we ride and its ugh! lol But....Smokey is soo cooL!!
