A detailing of the Island Oasis hotel
The Island Oasis Hotel is an eight story structure that offers a total of seventy-two individual rooms, an “Oasis”, laundry facilities, a 5 star restaurant able to seat 200 comfortably, a mail/lock box center, and most of that is only on the first floor! Elevators can be found on either side of the Oasis for those who don’t like to take the stairs!
The 1st Floor
The front doors of the Island Oasis open up into a large lobby placed in front of a round, clear glass wall. Though the glass is fogged, the back drop is none other than the infamous Oasis. The Oasis itself is a man-made structure that continues to survive naturally within the confines of the hotel. It features a fifty foot wide pool with a natural shale bottom and constant filtration system, reaching a depth of five feet in the deepest section of the lake. Also included in our Oasis is an endless bar for any of our paying customers! Also on this floor, the Palm, our upscale restaurant is located on the west wing of the ground floor while the rest of our complimentary services are located on the east.
The 2nd & 3rd Floor
It is here you will find our single bedrooms, each equipped with a walk in shower and garden tub combination. Also, the rooms come complimentary with a California king sized bed and each have a window view of the lovely surrounding Anarab. In the center of the four hallways, each with five rooms a piece on them, is a circular conference room with all of the standard accommodations. These conference rooms are also included on each of the floors aside from the penthouse.
The 4th & 5th Floor
Our double bedrooms each are equipped with two California king sized beds and one Jacuzzi style bathtub as well as one walk in shower. There are three of these to a hallway and four hallways total, each leading back to the conference rooms.
The 6th Floor.
The sixth floor is set up with accommodations for the half-sized live in suites the Oasis offers. With two suites on either hallway, they are large enough to accommodate two occupants with two bedrooms, a kitchenette and den area, and a bath in the same style as the fourth and fifth floors. These setups are usually granted to those who intend to stay for longer than two weeks and a lease must be signed for a minimum of six months.
The 7th Floor.
The seventh floor features the full sized suits and only have one to each hallway. They include three bedrooms, two baths, and a kitchen and den area. These lots are only leased out to those who intend to stay for a minimum of two years and must have a security deposit put down immediately. There are openings currently for these rooms at the Oasis, but applications should be put in fast so that they do not fill up. They are a quick seller for our business and are usually inhabited by citizens of Anarab and various others. Prospective renters are required to sign a waiting list in order to obtain these rooms.
