Important Meeting
Grandahar is having a meeting of all the Nation IC. Meeting time is 8:00 Pacific/9:00 Mountain/10:00 central/11:00 eastern at night.. The meeting will probably be in the city of Arsenal. A ton of big issues are on the agenda so please try to be there to give input. Every Nation subbed to Evolution has equal voting power no matter how big or small they are. So you all know how these meetings are conducted I'll clue ya in. All IC meet in a building, the doors are locked and we form a circle. Grandahar stands in the middle and lays out the issues for discussion. Each IC takes turns stepping into the middle of the circle and presents his/her thoughts and ideas about things being brought up and is not interrupted until he/she is through talking. Then you can ask questions ect of the IC that has the floor in the middle of the circle. These Nation meetings will be happening at least once a month or when a situation comes up that needs a Nation vote or discussion.

' I would like to have a leaders meeting tomorrow, leaders of each guild involved with Evolution are requested to attend iff possible, Evo, Silver Hand, Dark Revalations, Shadow legion reborn, the fallen, infusion.
I would like to discusss the following:
Stratagy for the nation, IE; towns etc.
Politcal standings of each known guild on Carnage so that we may make the appropriate updates on the political boards so we know who is Ally (always defend/group preferred), Nuetral (non defendable/do not attack/can group with), Wary (Can KoS at your discretion/no asset destruction/camping trees if warranted), enemy (hunt down and kill whenever poss/camp trees at will/asset destruction OK if approved by IC) When possible banes will be voted by nation leadership prior to placement, in the rare case where its not voted banes must be approved by a nation GL prior to placement.

Creating leader email loop
approving voting process. ( suggest each guild head carries one vote so all have equal vote and majority rules based on out come) would like to discuss and decide on a voting structure that all are happy with.
discuss and vote on how outside guilds may have their status changed ( i think if they talk to an IC then discuss at weekly meeting or thru email loop vote on approval or denial of said guilds standing.) this can cause an outside guild to wait up too a week for change but since page is only updated once a week might be a good format to use for changing statuses.
Nation Growth: i think we should work with the group we have before considering other guilds to join nation, but this can be voted on along with other peeps ideas. No guilds from this point forward will be allowed to sub to the nation until it has been voted on by the nation leaders.
Graveyard/errants: stratigy for killing the errants off once and for all, and for saturdays attack on the bane of outpost, and defnse of Darkmoor after outpost.

I'm going to be unable to participate in most anything scheduled this weekend because I have guests in town. What was said at the meeting? Did anyone make it?

Meeting was basically a flop. Five of us showed up and so the meeting was called to a halt and Grandahar will reschedualed it for a later date yet to be announced. From what I am seeing Carnage is in deep @#%$, most people are now rolling toons on Corruption. It's too early to say if they will be coming back to Carnage after the novilty of a new server wears off.
