I'm callin' Hammy out!
Howdy guys! I see ole Hammy has been pigging out here at the Prophets abode. Been having fun playing with you guys in M2TW and I think you need tell Ham that I expect to see his chubby pork roast on the battlefield soon. If I can play this game and have fun, so can he!
I will save a special spot for my favorite "Oinker" on my team when he shows up to play. If need be, break out the BBQ sauce. That normally scares him into doing what you ask of him.
Hope everyone is having fun and see you guys on the battlefield. I am now working on my 4th unusual army. This time it is for the high period. I'll have to show it you guys once I tweak it a bit.
He will be as happy as finding a bag full of truffles to hear from you!
I can't tell you the number of times that he BOARS us endlessly with his "whole-HOG" stories of battles down on the FARM with his old comrades! Stories that involve "sprint-routing" to the edge of the map, going up against unbeatable odds...... up a mountain..... only to (usually) be slaughtered mercilessly.
I have also heard that he used to "anchor" your right side like "a broken gate in a Kansas wind storm!"...... but I'm not really sure what that means.

Great to hear form you guys! and Great to be here. I miss ole Hammy standing behind me the whole way . . . way behind . . I mean way, way behind me . . . out of my rout path, and then jumping in at the last moment to kill all those poor tired enemy souls trying to keep up with my guys and get a few extra kills. I figure I padded ole Hammy's kill count by about 200 each game from that alone.
I still remember all the BIG TOSA mountain battles from STW. Ah! Them were the days!

Yup, I decided to join up and now you guys have to join me soon, so we can rule the field of battle once more . . . or at least have fun routing off the map quickly!
Ugly is still there and running strong, so don't worry about that. As a matter of fact, I am going to get up a CIV IV Warlords Expansion PitBoss game soon if any of you are interested. I also am looking for some people to play a few Combat Mission: Barbarossa to Berlin PBEMs. Just let me know and I will send out the info. once I get enough for the Pitboss game.
PS: Been working on a high era non-elephant Timurid army. I will let you see it and we can see how it does against good players. My Scottish Anti-Cav/Anti-musket army and English Archer Circle Of Doom armies seem to be pretty fun and successful thus far. Forcing players to reconsider taking all those cav and muskets in late era games! hehe

Hello Elmo....er Hunter Elmo. I can't wait to see your armies. So I can copy them. Dunno if I can make em work ( or run ) the way you can but I'll give it a try. Hammy was testing the game last night. So, if I stand behind Hammys army who is standing behind your army, I'll be safe?

Its great to see you around again, and I'm very pleased to hear you have joined the Hunters (as the Oracle predicted, I might add). The Oracle has some other predictions regarding the Hunters too . . .

I've been super busy lately with work, kids, and remodeling-- so have not been playing a whole lot, especially on weekends. I play mostlky after 11pm eastern on weekdays.
Anyway, welcome, good to see you-- and I hope to cross blades with your enemies soon! Or at least to watch in awe as you rout through my lines as I'm trying to engage :P

I will have to show you my High Era Scottish army. I am still trying to see if it is good or not though. hehe
The two games I played tonight with the BRO clan, were indecisive to see my army's success. The first one dropped early on and the second one had an aztec rusher (who really needs to practice his rush techniques) and all I had to do was flank him and the game was over quick as that. SIGH. hehe
