Honey?		Low Carb Woman
Hi to all ~ I have some great recipe that call for honey and want to convert them to low carb! Does anyone know if it calls for like 1/2 cup honey how much Splenda or other sweetener I should substitute. Also, what does the honey do in the "baking process" like in cookies and cake?
