Dee.. sorry.. if the live feed doesn't work it might mean that cam is offline. Or, if it's not then that might mean you need Sockwave or Flash or maybe even DirectX. If none of these work then it might be that the server on their end is down. I'm so sorry about that.. I hope these help. Sometimes if you re-start your computer it'll come back up.
