Gorillas to re-launch website
GORILLAS TO RE-LAUNCH WEBSITE LATER THIS WEEK
AMARILLO TX – The Amarillo Gorillas will be re-launching their website on Wednesday with a new design.
The new site will feature navigation buttons on the side instead of on top and will also add some new features including a whole area about Stomp, the Gorillas mascot.
It is expected that the Gorillas new and improved website will be available to view on Wednesday, Aug. 6 at 2 p.m.
“We are pleased with the work that Diversified Ideas has done to the website to give it a fresh look,” said Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations Denis J. Puska. “Rich has done an incredible job and we want to thank him for the many hours that he has spent.”
In the fall, hockey fans will be able to listen to all of the Amarillo Gorillas hockey broadcasts on the world wide web on Hot 99.7 FM, a division of Amigo Broadcasting, as well as the radio update show called ‘Gorillas Rewind’ on Classic Country 1360 AM KDJW.
The countdown continues for the second season for the Amarillo Gorillas professional hockey club. The home opener is set for Friday, October 24 when they entertain the expansion Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees. Face off at the jungle is set for 7 p.m.
