GL of SilverHand
Back when I was handed GL I made the statement that it was just for awhile, mainly to give Rom a break and I was expecting the successor to be in the wings. Who is that person? Who amoung you shall guide SH in the last days of our world and to our new homeland? I believe an election is in order to facilitate due process. I had been hoping to serve this cause during the rough times preceding the server transition; however, the time leading up to this has been unexpectedly long. The fall of AP is not what has triggered this decision, but rather our inclusion to OSC. I feel that our destiny here on Scorn is largely in the hands of our allies. The main thing I'd like to see in our next king is a gung-ho attitude and the drive to keep SH united at all costs.
Rom, have you had your break? .. or is there someone else who should fill this task?
I'm not going to lead the guild on Carnage or the New World. I can be GL on Scorn (well I actually still am officially), but we can obviously have GL's for each server.
You know, given that we are more of a particaptory democracy than a feudal clan, then I'd propose (tee hee) Granny Ruffs as being the official Carnage GL, as long as her pacificist ways dont get in the way of who evers active PvP-wise from kicking butt.
meanwhile, I'll continue the search for the perfect Lagged/LowFramRate PvP toon... :-)

haha, thats good stuff. I wish I had time for it, but there is no way. Ruffs would be good for carnage I think, she has all of the ties
I've thought about the GL situation and came to the conclusion I would decline if offered the position. I'm sure you all know how extremely fond of SH I am, and I want the best for her. It's been brushed upon briefly and correctly that I am a not much for PvP or the political scene. A GL needs to be four square on top of both of those aspects of the game. Another reason for my decision is the little known fact that I was GL for three years of a major D2Lod clan. In those days I was fondly referred to as 'Mean old Texxas'...Queen of TIG, The Imperial Guard. I know the ins and outs of what it takes to keep and maintain a clan/guild. Been there, done that...it's more than I care to take on again. I will do my utmost best to support whoever takes the reins as GL of SilverHand in the future.
