GF/CF Diet
Many people believe that the gluten-free casein-free diet helps those with autism.
Any thoughts?
Never tried it and probably won't
Never tried it but considering it
Tried it and it didn't work
On it and it has helped
What's that?

Re: GF/CF Diet
Along with GF/CF we are also sugar free. GF/CF/SF It is very
difficult as a mom to follow but I definitely believe its helped.
We also had a blood test that proved he was sensitive to wheat, cows milk, (goats ok), along with a lot of other things,
(cranberry, papaya, quinoa, bakers yeast, brewers yeast, and
cashews) and the sugar does effect his behavior. Also we are trying to avoid preservative (sodium nitrate, ham at Easter) and food dyes seem to effect his behavior.
