Frighteningly enough, I'm serious...
Sometimes I want to kill people... I get so angry I just want to rip, tear, eviscerate and KILL. Now, I'm not talking the "Man, I hate that guy, I wanna kill him" sorta thing... I'm talking about a primal, carnal urge to feel viscera in my hands, human blood running down my throat... the warmth of insides all over me...
The feeling passes after about ten minutes... and it doesn't happen often... but God, when it does...

Heh...
I'd do that if it were born of anger... but it's born of need. It's like a primal urge to rip and kill, like most people have a primal urge to @#%$. (Got that one, too, just don't talk about it and it doesn't surface nearly as much). Heh... blood.

When it happens, go for a long run. It will help you clear your mind. You will feel alot better and the suger levels will go zooming down. Or you could run regulary. In the last year i have gotten into running and I am way more relaxed these days.

1) I know how to deal with it, I just wanted to get it off my chest.

Nah...
I actually run semi-sane nowadays, although on occasion I run like an anime charcter (arms out and behind me, head low) or scurry. Scurrying uses little energy and gets me short distancest fast. Useful.
Other than that I just run normal, and stop like a cartoon (skid to the side, run in air for a bit and start running again).

You know...
When the urge strikes me, I like to sit down, take a deep breath, brew a cup of coffee (or drink of your choice) and relax...
...and then choose an object (preferably a human being) to focus my urges upon. I close my eyes and imagine killing them in creative ways, and THEN mentally figure out the best way to get AWAY with the murder.
It's good clean fun!
