I am nervous about my son starting preschool with very little
speech. He and I usually understand one another but if you
are not familiar with him i'm not sure you would understand what he may want or need. My solution to this is it looks like I will be attending preschool this year. He has not had much contact with kids his age and I realize this will benefit him
but I know he will also become frustrated from the number of voices, (very ear sensitive) and the chaos and commotion.

Anyone's children start school with less than 10 words? or
suggestion that will make this easier for him (and me?)
