I thought it would be really awesome and encouraging if we put up one name for a week and everyone posts some positive and affirming comments.
Everyone would eventually get a special week of their own, but to start off with we would put up one name for a week so everyone has the chance to post something.

Aleks is one of my bestest friends. She's someone I know I can talk too and know I can relate too. She's soooooo talented! Man is she fantastic with a pen and paper, this girl writes magic!
She's funny and entertaining. I know she's a hard worker and I one day I'd like to meet her face to face.
Aleks is My Darlin' Aleksis.
The place And my online life wouldn't be the same without her.
She has a sense of humor that is priceless. Even better, she incorporates it into her writings. She listens to rants and doesn't hold them against you. She remembers birthdays, special days and is truly interested in your life.
She has an amazing smile that just makes you smile in return. There is no falseness about her, you get what you see. She cares about her friends and family and I'm glad I can call her a friend.

Aleks, Aleks, Aleks ... where to begin!?!
Aleks has one of the most beautiful personalities. She is always willing to forgive and forget. She has her own amazing little quirks and they make her such an attractive person that people are drawn to.
I can remember when i first saw her posts on LG board and i was in stiches of just how much fun she were and i always wanted to know her more.
Aleks is so people minded and always there to help others when they are going through a hard time.
Thanks for always being there for me hun, even when i didnt think we were close you were always there sending me emails jsut to check in and keeping in contact. Love you so much gurl! *hugs* i wish i could give you a hug i person to just show you how thankful i really am

Aleks my dear! I'll never forget that first email from you, you're the one who started us talking girl, and am I ever glad you did! You're so sweet, always fun to talk to, and I think it's really neat to be able to talk to someone who lives all the way across the ocean! Jenna! What a girl! Someone who always makes me laugh and cheers me up when Im down! She's crazy obsessed with Dommeh, I dont know who's worse, her or Aleks! But I loves her fantastic sense of humor and awesome smile (the one in that very famous sig of hers!)

I've known Jenna for over two years now, and in those two years I've come to know and love one of the greatest people out there. I don't even know where to begin, really... Her sense of humour? She'll have you in stitches laughing, that's for sure! I love the way she'll unexpectadly say something absolutely hilarious. I still have all her letters, I like rereading them every now and then, they always make me laugh. Then there are all the little things that show how much she cares... How she's always taken the time to write me, and sent me a billion letters; it always makes my day to get one. How in the past she's stayed up till ungodly hours of the morning waiting for me. How she's called me on Christmas day, that was totally sweet. She makes the BEST birthday cards, too :D Jenna's an amazing person. I can't wait to get my ass to Canada and hug her till she can't breathe, LOL.

as ive said before, a dreamer who knows when to wake up. it pretty much sums her up, in my opinion. aleks has probably the quickest temper next to me, and i supposed that says alot for those of you who know me. but even so, aleks remains the romantic dreamer who believes in love (or atleast thats what it seems) and who's just a through and through romantic. of course i cannot say if she'd be oh so romantic with dominic, its more likely she'd pounce on him or something. atleast thats what she'd have wanted to, but maybe not necessarily bold enough to actually do. cause thats another thing about aleks, she can be so shy and so...i dunno if she's gonna like being called fragile, but i mean it in a good way, believe it or not. she's timid, and careful, but that in no way means that she wont flare up if she feels her toes have been stepped on! heh, which i of course can totally relate to and support.

did i ever tell you just how naughty your name is? i mean, its like a typical name for a pornstar, innit? but i suppose you're far from one of those...atleast the way i know you, which isn't a whole lot. but she's got spunk, thats for damn sure. i cant count how many times ive completely been keeling over with laughs from reading some sharp remark from this totally adorable canadian. i swear. she's also had be rolling my eyes, shaking my head and probably even saying one or two bad-words, but all in all, i totally dig this chick. she's just the type of people that i put really high up, someone who isn't prissy and who dares to not always be politically correct. a healthy blend of spice and suger, one might even say.
and not to mention, she just has the most adorable grin ever, i totally dig it, fo shizzle.

Where to begin? Like she said....I've known her for 2.....and a HALF years *grins* It's an honor to know such a wonderful human being. She can get crazy....and boy does she ever put up a fight when cornered!lol But we always sort out our differences. She's loyal (in my opinion), she cares about her friends and although she complains about them a lot...I know she cares about her family too. She's also really funny! If her humour isn't being written down in the form of a letter or story...it's being portrayed by voice in her semi-annual tapes. She has the greatest ideas for birthday and christmas presents. They're not the expensive or fancy or stylish type. They are the sentimental ones that come straight from the heart. I can't.....no....I don't want to imagine what life would be like if I didn't know her. She's just......she's so amazing! She has a heart of PURE gold. I look forward to many more years of fun with this donkey.

I don't know anyone long enough or good enough to do these kind of things. (Am trying to, Kai and Ellen get your buts online this instant!)
However I do want to say that I love the friendships between everyone, the easy 'banter' and interesting conversation, not to mention the less intelligent talk regarding any kind of hottie.

Now that I've been here longer I'd like to add some to my earlier post.
I'm blessed to be with such great people, I enjoy the fact that no one takes him/herself too serious and that we can adore all and any actors/athletes/whatevers without feeling like a sicko. (Or at least it's so for me. ^_^)
I love that we're all allowed a different opinion and respected for it. *huggles Kai* And that we can act like 12 year olds when we wish to.
Ellen, Kai, love ya. Others; wanna get ta know ya.
Be aware, that is one of the worst sentences I have ever written. O_O
