Evil ear
I have one wicked ear infection & it hurts like hell.
Haven't had one for years... not since I was a child... that I can remember anyway... went to the chemist for something to help with the pain... was told to go see the doctor... can't get in to see him till 4:30 tomorrow afternoon... now I'm partually deaf in both ears & my bf gets annoyed when I don't hear him talking to me... he thinks I'm just ignoring him.

I wouldn't call any ear-ache good in any way shape size or form...
Yeah sometimes I'm just ignoring my bf... its called selective hearing... but having said that I am truthfully slightly deaf esp in my left ear... many years ago I got punched in the side of the head so hard my ear bled & my hearing hasn't been the same since.

If you wouldn't call an ear ache good then why would you call it "wicked" or bad or evil or terrible, etc., The point being made is simply semantic games I'm playing with.
Of course, all ear aches are bad, terrible nasty, and all of that.. I'll try to slow down for you, hee,hee,hee. All those water games are slowing you down.

The doctors' fine he's suffered no ill effects or symptoms from her ear ache.

It was a short visit & the doctor is fine.
The infection seems to have pretty much healed on its own (must've been the voltarine pain killer & anti-inflammitory I took) so I didn't need antibiotics... just some ear drops... now my ear is more itchy than sore.

itchy ears drive me crazy, literally! I often let my hair grow for to long of a time and then iot curls into my ear channel and starts to itch and I'm scratching all damn day......Like right now.... I'm about a ragged loo0king sucker right now...
And YES, I am a sucker---------------------------but only with the ladies...hee,hee,hee

Re: Evil ear I hate itchy ears esp when its the inner ear 'cos you can't reach it to scratch it... which drives me batty. My inner ear is stinging now though feels like a bee flew into my ear & stung me ... doesn't seem to like the ear-drops huh?
Might have to go see the doc again in a few days IF this doesn't settle down... its not fare... I go from itch to pain & back again... well actually today its itchy & sore!
