Elf Warrior Bladeweaver
Necronomicon came up with an idea for a whacky warrior and I told him I'd like to try it. I have a few questions though. I want to wear heavy armor and be a dex monkey bladeweaver. Does elven plate cut the dex penalty normally suffered for wearing heavy armor and if heavy armor is trained past 100 is the dex penalty reduced further? Thanks.

from what ive heard, the dex penalty is less on elven plate(heavy armor), i think i read that the penalty is equal to the penalty given if you were wearing normal medium armor
