ELITE FORCE formally challenges Freedom Fighters

Ladies and gentlemen,
ELITE FORCE has decided to formally challenge Clan Freedom Fighters (FF) to play a full CWB game series.
- We wait for a response by the official representatives of FF.
- We ask the CWB Referee to confirm, that the challenge above is a formal challenge according to the CWB rules.
- We as the CWB Referee to set a deadline for the response of FF to our formal challenge (we propose 3 days). In the case of a refusal or inactivity we would like to step forward to another formal challenge. In the case FF accepts our challenge we can move over to quick negotiations.
Remember: ELITE just wants to play it! play it! play it! asap!
We donīt want to see, formal stuff is going on and on.

Normally, I'd say yes right away.
But the chance is very high we will be the next belt challengers and we were waiting on the current belt match being finished, which we expect to be finished soon.
I've just asked how long they think it will take to finish the last games and am waiting for a reply...
If it turns out, we wont be challengers or if it takes a couple of more weeks for the luna's and wolves to finish their current games, then yes we be delighted to face you.

At the end of the next week, i think we'll finish all th 1v1 games, and i hope all the 2v2 games.
Probably we'll finish the challenge into the next two weeks

we canīt accept this answer. We want to play and we want to know it now, wether u also want to play or not.
If you want to wait the outcome of the title game, then thatīs ur free decision, but u canīt expect that ELITE waits also with your Clan. Why should we?
We donīt want to take the outcome of the title game into account. We want to play our next challenge and we challenged your Clan, take the challenge serious, give clear answers!
Either u say, yes we accept your challenge now! or no sorry we cannot play, cause we have the chance to play the title game in this month. We are not offended by a refusal, we would just claim to take the 1 point (which u donīt need), and go on with our challenges.
ELITE returned to the belt, to play, but not to wait, not to bargain, not to discuss rules etc.
We ask the referee to clear the things up asap. If ELITE has the feeling the management of the CWB will take to many hours and too many work and formalizm, then there is no fun here, we will leave the tourney.
We ask the referee again, to help and make clear decisions. We give the referee two days to answer to following question:
Has FF accepted the challenge or has FF refused our challenge for this month?
Again, we īdonīt want to wait. Either we see the chance to play asap or we leave.

Seems that me and you have the same opinion about "the new" CWB, but maybe I am now more tired than you...SIGH!

Of course you cannot accept that answer, as it was no answer at all, but just an attempt to explain why I could not decide to accept your challenge or not at that time I made my reply as I did know little about the actual wolf/luna rossa progress.
Now that masago was kind enough to come with a clear time indication on such a short term, we won't accept your informal challenge this time. AFAICT, your clan is listed at 0 points and as such cannot make formal challenges. IIRC, that means we will not be penalized for refusing the challenge nor will you gain anything from it.
In the case Soul rules out that you guys have the full right to make a formal challenge or I misintrepreted the rules, we will accept your challenge as I do not wish to give anyone free points, let alone loosing points for nothing.

Id like to give you an answer...if only I could have one. The CWB progress is now out of control; clans seem more interested in the negotiations aspect instead of playing nice/funny games...sadly I have tried many times to play fast challenges, but it was always an insucess for me. I had answers like "We dont want to play fast" or "We have to study all the minimum aspects" or "You should post at our forum instead to post ath the CWB forum" and many others answers like these ....well I gave up
The rules say that if a clan with points is challenged and decline, the challenger gain 1 point(formal challenge). No matter if the challenger has points or not, the important is that the clan challenged has.

Bah, I hate this, but I think I must do this, quote the rules:
"1d) Clans may declare formal challenges. Each Clan may make one such challenge at a time, and may make another when the first challenge is resolved. Clans gain the right to make these formal challenges after the completion of their first fully-supervised game series."
ELITE FORCE completed 6 fully supervised game series in CWB, so they have the right to declare formal challenges.
This challenge is a formal challenge. Now we are blocked to declare another formal challenge in this month as I ve understood the rules.
But it seems FF donīt want to play vs us, we donīt get a clear answer from you and we will go on and declare some other informal challenges.
We still claim the 1 point after this formal challenge, may the referee decide when we get the point (maybe at the end of this month, I dunno).
Meanwhile we are going to look for another challenge.
Anyone else interested to play CWB except Wolves and Lrossas?

Seems to me you are too eager and quickly in your decision to assume we refuse your challenge right away. And too eager in getting another challenge done so that we cannot play you

And concerning our informally challenge against AdF.
ELITE is strong enough to play 2 challenges in one month. There is no problem for us to play both games, cause ELITE plays 200 battles per week, that means 800 battles per month.
A CWB game consists of 12 battles, that means we could play over 60 CWB games a month !!!
Btw, it seems to me, u r missinterpreting the rules on purpose. The wordings are clear, u know ELITE played the CWB, we held even the title, but u want to treat us like a noob clan.

Any proposals for maps, florins, extra rules or can we play according to the standard rules?
I think we should have a set up within the next two days. If you wish to play standard settings, weīll accept that. If you propose changes, we may propose changes as well.
When the map/florin and rules are clear, we should send the faction list to the referee within a couple of days.
I hope we can end our challenge before Wolve/Lrossa is solved, then u will have enough time for challenge the title holder...

3 1v1's, 2 2v2's, 1 3v3 set up (default)
each army allowed once per scenario and has to be same(default)
2 unit max limit (default)
artilly allowed (default)
Now I do not know whether the 10K or the 15K army setup is the default now, and I am assuming playing it solely with the VI expansion with patch is the default, since the only accessable rules are bit outdated
Scoring, standard simple one, 1 point per player per won game (default, one of the two default choices)
I dont think i misssed any other standard rule... There will be some map changes, crecy, carcano and sicily have to go... allowing you to first suggest other maps for these 3 games as we want not want to play on these 3
I want to have done at least 1 1v1's and the 3v3 before friday the 9th, prefarbly before wednesday if scheduling allows that, but im not sure about that yet. one 2v2 at wednesday the 7th or thursday the 8th
the remaining games can be done the weekend of the 10th, 11th, including the friday night... or perhaps earlier

4) About florin amount. It looks u prefer to play 10k. We have no problems about playing 10k, if you want it.
5) About prelimanary schedules. I am happy to see that u r posting fixed dates. That is appreciated. We noticed the dates and I look forward that we can help each other to bring the best team of their clans into the battles. Excuse me, that I canīt confirm all the dates right now. I have no feedback at the moment from my clanbros.

Yes other than that it does not make use of the warbeltscore and thus no extra points can be gained from that. To my knowledge without warbeltscore calcuting is the default simple scoring system while with the warbeltscore included is the default advanced scoring system. We prefer the simple one.

As we dont want to play on these maps at all, it seemed fair to me to allow you to suggest the replacement maps at first... If say by sunday you have not come up with replacement maps, we've some choices ready

Some of us like to enhance their armies with artillerly now and then, as such we strongly prefer to be able to deploy them

10 k is accepted.
Well the rules, donīt have two different default scoring systems. The default scoring system is the socalled advanced scoring system. Please read rule #5. Weīll keep it.
