December/January Writing Contest
Ok, due to the lack of nothing better to do, and to give you guys something "fun" to do here at this board, I've decided to start a writing contest.
Every month, there will be a new challenge that is TB series relared with different requirements(except for this one, since it's already December). You will e-mail it to me(I'll give you guys the address when I finally get the e-mail up), and I will read it and "grade" it.
I'll show you how the "grading rubric" works:
Originality/Creativity
70 possible points
Accuracy
10 possible points
Requirements met
10 possible points
Correct Use of Grammar
10 possible points
This is not fully based on who's story is better. That's why I made the rubric. I just personally think that if a story is written, and has a lot of mistakes grammar wise, then it shouldn't be chosen as the best. Plus, it gives everyone a fair chance in winning.
This Month's Challenge:
- A Townsend original character
- Setting: around Christmas
- Include a snow storm that covers Townsend Acres with snow
- Include a poinsetta plant
- Include a pregnant mare, who your original character has special bond with
- Include a fight
When e-mailing the story(e-mail to send to will later be provided), please attach it as a file(under Microsoft Word, Word Pad, or Notepad, all are fine ), and title your e-mail 'December/January Writing Contest'.
This story will be due by January 15, and the winner will be announced January 31st. Winner will receive a graphic award.

Ya'll better do it. I'm helping Angel judge this month's contest since she's been busy. Yea, plus I'm making the graphic award for it(lol). I'm bloody brillant when it comes to graphics. If only I could do site layouts.

Yea, you guys send your entries to Frost's e-mail. I'll get them from her. I just don't have the time to spend 20 minutes downloading and setting up a yahoo e-mail.
Hopefully I will during Christmas Holidays(18 days until I turn sweet 16!!!)

Screw it! ... I'm not doing this ... my dumb mom deleted EVERYTHING from our comp ... including all of my stories ... so screw it. I'm no longer writing for the remainder of the year! o
