 Cryptic Humor
Okay so this girl at the front desk is prego and is calving in a couple of months, she has this fancy shmancy piano music on, and I ask her who is this, she says "It's baby Beethoven". I said "oh man it must have been hard for him to reach the keys" 
I get nothing, c'mon man, something, something for christ sake. By the way she is as ugly as a peck of assholes so I don't care all that much.
