Cozy Heart Penguin, Care Bear cousin back up for sale!!
Due to someone not paying he is back up for sale! 
Excellent Condition, Only flaw I see is button on the back has a VERY small scratch across the 2 "C"s in "Care Bear Cousins". He has a small spot on his cheek but I'm almost positive that this will come off after he is washed (I'm leaving that up to the buyer) . I have more pictures if you would like to see them, just email me (and yes he does have the hair on top of his head, you can't see it in the pics, but it's just the way he's sitting) My asking price is $15 (negotiable though). I had this for sale a few weeks ago, but the girl won't stay in contact with me and never sent the payment after many times of saying she would. So please, only serious buyers only.
