I received this link in the mail from a friend. It is really cool. It puts an animated American flag at the bottom right corner of your screen. It is a small program that installs and sets a flag icon in your system try by the time. You can even adjust the speed that the flag waves at and the translucency (on W2K and XP). For Windows 95 and newer. FREE!
