Checking In
Hey guys,
Sorry to be so out of touch. Crazy news w/ Blake, huh? We're stoked for him having such a great opportunity - Oxford, wow! Damn stupid to have a smart guitar player. Of course, Blake will always be a big part of the Kingstreet family.
In the meantime we've actually been keeping super busy.
A few of the things we've been up to:
* New recordings! Recording is quite a process, and this has been no different, but we feel we'll come out of it w/ our best stuff yet! (hopefully soon  )
* New songs! We're in the midst of completing what will hopefully be 4-5+ new Kingstreet favorites. Should have a couple ready to test for you when we play in Nov.
* Getting everything in place to showcase for labels, etc. early in the New Year.
* And, of course, filling Blake's shoes. You'll get to meet the new guy soon!
Anyways, we miss playing for and hanging out w/ y'all, but good shows are coming up soon and the fun will continue!
Amy mentioned that the Hanson show is coming up. If any of you guys are going and would like to flyer, I have a whole stack and I can meet up w/ them in the city - let me know...
