Another spooky contest has been announced by Blizzard, check out all the details below!

Get your screenshot-snapping fingers ready -- it's time for the World of Warcraft Halloween Screenshot contest! Take pictures of the spookiest sights in Azeroth and send them our way before . The best and the brightest will receive a free six month subscription of "game time" added to the World of Warcraft account of their choice. Your masterpiece will be displayed on the WorldofWarcraft.com site as well. The ever-critical World of Warcraft team will be judging your entries, so make them good! The more creativity you have in your shot, the better -- in a game with zombies as players, you really need to make your scary entry pop to capture our attention! Click on the Submit button to review the rules and restrictions. Best of luck to all the ghoulish photographers out there!

Pumpkin-Carving Contest!

Its time once again for WoW's pumpkin carving contest. See below for details.

We're proud to announce our annual Pumpkin Contest! From 5:30 PM PDT on Monday, October 17 through 11:59 A.M. PDT on Wednesday, October 27, we will be accepting submissions for our World of Warcraft Pumpkin Contest. Competition in this contest is always fierce; check out last year's winners to get an idea of what you're up against. And, of course, you'll be competing for some elite loot:

* One Copy of World of Warcraft
* A six month subscription of "game time" to the World of Warcraft gaming service applied to the World of Warcraft account of their choosing.

In addition, the winning pictures will be displayed on the World of Warcraft Community site and Blizzard.com. Judging will be done by the World of Warcraft team. Remember, your pumpkin must have a World of Warcraft theme and be lit in the submission picture in order to qualify. Submissions from the past two years are ineligible. Click the Submit button below to check out the official rules and submission form, and may the best pumpkins win!
