1974 super beetle
I just saw a 74 super beetle for sale. I'm stupidly considereing it for my primary transportation. Someone please talk me out of it. Will it have to pass Ohio e-check or are 30 yr old cars exempt? What would be my first move. Take it to a dealer and have them look it over? please advise.:
